Timber Waters, as described on its social media platforms, is a rare custom-built German brewhouse, a unique feature that sets it apart globally. Stacy Woodhouse, CEO of the Ed Fitts Charitable Foundation, hails it as a state-of-the-art brewing facility, a gem unlike any other in North Carolina.
The brewery will have a production facility that distributes its products throughout the region. It will also have a tasting room that is expected to draw many visitors to downtown Littleton.
“The flagship beers will always be on tap and in cans to-go year round,” Les Atkins, “El Brio Shores Director of Communications/Community Engagement" said. “We will also be adding seasonal beers.”
The Timber Waters hours will be noon to 9 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday, and noon to 7 p.m. on Sunday.
