Denise J. Kurtz, MHA SPHR is a health insurance, training, and certified employee wellness expert with over 20 years of experience designing and implementing health benefit and wellness programs. She is the President of Inside Employee Wellness and Consulting, LLC, a corporate wellness consulting firm specializing in wellness programs for medium to large manufacturing firms. She has also spent fifteen years as a Benefits Director for a large manufacturing form, as well as conducting insurance services and sales in the individual market. In 2019 she expanded her business to help educate and support the senior population after seeing the struggle her parents went through trying to understand and navigate the Medicare enrollment system. Without the help of other dedicated Medicare educators, their coverage decisions would have been very different. Ms. Kurtz decided to join their ranks and now proudly works with seniors to help them navigate Medicare and all of their health coverage options.
