Welcome to the Halifax County Arts Council Website! Our Gallery is located at: 1027 Roanoke Ave Roanoke Rapids, NC Wander through our website and discover some of the wonderful things that the Halifax County Arts Council has to offer. With the support of our community we offer offer a diversity of art and culture. You don't have to BE an artist to love and enjoy the arts. The arts council hosts events for everyone! Want to be a part of it? Come to our next event!  The fourth Tuesday of each month from 6 to 8 pm we host a Sip & See, showing different artists and media, along with refreshments and good company.  Open to the public at no charge.  We are a non-profit organization and donations are tax deductible.  Volunteers are welcome!
