We look forward to being part of your family.rnWe are a family-owned, free-standing family medicine office located on Highway 903 in Bracey, VA. Founded in 1993 by Dr. Paul A. Bailey, Tanglewood has grown to include  2 nurse practitioners;  Liz Warden CRNP, and Kevin Horne, FNP.  Liz is an adult nurse practitioner whose past experience includes all facets of family practice, with special interest in urology, transplant medicine, and cancer. Kevin has 17 years of family practice experience.  Dr. Bailey graduated from the University of Washington (Seattle) in 1986, and finished his residency in family medicine in 1989. After 3 years in Virginia Beach, Dr. Bailey built Tanglewood Family Medicine from the ground up, and started seeing patients in February of 1993. He is board certified in Family Practice, and will be re-certified in April of 2013.rnTanglewood Family Medicine is a full-service medical office offering a wide range of services. We have X-ray and laboratory on-site. We have a small pharmacy with medicines for acute illnesses, so you can go home with your prescription in-hand. We do all types of physicals, including school, DOT, employment, bus-driver, sports, and pre-operative.  We do minor procedures including laceration repair. We prefer to schedule everyone, but will see very ill or injured patients on a moments notice. Dr. Bailey has a special interest in dermatology, performing growth removals, skin cancer diagnosis and treatment, cryotherapy, and cautery, as well as the diagnosis and management of most skin diseases. We also do a lot of orthopedics, including joint injections and the diagnosis and management of fractures and arthritis.rnWe hope to be your new medical home.
