The undersigned hereby makes application for membership and agrees to pay The Lake Gaston Chamber of Commerce the applicable annual dues by the 1st day of January each year in order to give the organization a steady and dependable income from which economic and Lake Area Development programs are conducted.

This application is subject to approval by the Board of Directors of the Lake Gaston Chamber of Commerce, and it is understood that the membership fee paid with this application will be refunded if said application is not approved.
